Supported Operating Systems (OS) for our Mobile Banking App
After November 17, 2021, Android® OS 6.0, or Apple® iOS 13, or newer will be required for our Personal Mobile Banking App. Please update your operating system before November 17.
Supported browsers for Digital Banking
Please note that after November 17, 2021, Internet Explorer will no longer be supported as a browser for Personal Digital Banking.
Supported browsers include Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. The Chrome browser is preferred when accessing Digital Banking and Microsoft is encouraging their existing customers to switch to the Microsoft Edge browser.
As with all technology services, upgrading your computer software to the latest version as soon as possible is always recommended. Operating systems and browsers no longer supported by their developers can expose you and your device to significant risks and vulnerabilities because your device no longer receives regular updates and security patches that help protect you from dangerous malware. Any personal information and data shared over the internet or stored on your computer may be at risk.
