Eric Damko

Eric Damko is Executive Vice President and Director of Specialty Lending, where he leads the strategic direction and execution of the organization’s commercial real estate lending objectives. In this role, he originates and structures complex commercial real estate transactions and drives the expansion and deepening of key client relationships. Eric also oversees the bank’s vacation ownership lending unit, which provides financing solutions to timeshare developers for large‑scale, destination‑oriented projects.
With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate finance and specialty lending, Eric has been with Zions Bancorporation since 2004. His expertise spans a broad range of income‑producing, non‑owner‑occupied asset classes, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hotel, resort, and other specialty real estate investments.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from Northern Arizona University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
Highly engaged in both the industry and the community, Eric is a member of NAIOP and a former member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He currently serves as Chairman of the Finance Council for St. Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church and School and previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Scottsdale Railroad & Mechanical Society.
