David Hartman is an experienced banking professional with specialization in restaurant finance and enterprise lending. Working in the banking industry since 2006, David has become a trusted banker for restaurateurs, managing a commercial portfolio valued at $325 million. His experience in new client acquisition within the middle market, particularly in the Commercial and Industrial sectors, has made him a key player in the industry.

 

David leads a team of 21 highly skilled bankers and portfolio managers, including the Northern Arizona commercial banking team and portfolio managers for Metro Phoenix, Northern Arizona and Agribusiness. His leadership and insights have been instrumental in driving growth and success within his team and clients.

 

David holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Michigan in Dearborn and completed the Fire Academy and EMT Certification at Schoolcraft Community College. Additionally, he is an alumnus of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. A resident of Arizona since 2007, David is an active and proud member of the Arizona Restaurant Association, where he passionately supports the local restaurant community.

 

Outside of his professional life, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching youth sports, and is passionate about supporting restaurateurs.
