Ricardo Bolivar is an experienced SBA and consumer lending professional who helps business owners and individuals find the right financing solutions with clarity and ease. Since 2020, he has worked across consumer and business banking, giving him a well‑rounded understanding of how to structure effective loan solutions.

 

As a Branch Manager at National Bank of Arizona, Ricardo helps clients on both conventional and SBA lending options, including 7(a) streamlined and express loans, lines of credit, startup financing, and 7(a) real estate. Known for his quick analysis, clear communication, and creative deal structures, he focuses on understanding the full financial picture and designing well‑crafted solutions.

 

On the consumer side, Ricardo offers one of the most flexible HELOC products available and guides clients in building rate‑smart strategies aligned with their goals. He believes lending should be collaborative, not complicated—and if a client isn’t ready today, he works with them to build a roadmap for tomorrow.

 

Outside of work, Ricardo is actively involved with Visit Tucson and volunteers with United Way Southern Arizona and the Community Food Bank, contributing to food distribution efforts throughout 2024 and 2025.
