Currently serving as Branch Manager at National Bank of Arizona in Flagstaff, Courtney oversees all aspects of branch operations, including sales, service, and compliance. Since joining National Bank of Arizona in June 2020 as a Branch Service Manager, Courtney has led her team to achieve operational excellence, earning the second-highest audit score in the state of Arizona in 2024.
