Brennan began his banking career as a teller with a credit union and joined NBAZ in 2021 as a Business Relationship Banker at the Gilbert Pecos Road Branch. Through a strong commitment to client service and team leadership, Brennan advanced to Branch Manager in 2024 at the Gilbert and Southern location and has since returned to the Gilbert Pecos Road Brach as Branch Manager. This background provides a well-rounded perspective across both consumer and business banking.
