Changes to Your Online and Mobile Banking Access

Online Mobile Changes

During the evening of February 15, 2013, National Bank of Arizona will remove the SecurEntry™ image and phrase, and place the Password entry box next to the Login ID entry box on the homepage. To make this change, Online Banking will be unavailable Feb 15, 2013 beginning at 11:00 pm MST for approximately 5 hours. Entering your Login ID and Password on the homepage streamlines your login process by taking you directly to your account information.

To be certain you are on our secured online banking site, you should see "https://" displayed at the beginning of the address line in the browser, along with the verification of a secured site provided by your browser.

For example, in Internet Explorer, a closed padlock image  to the right of the address line confirms that you are on our secured site. Be sure you see the "s" in "https://," and not just "http://." Always access online banking by typing www.nbarizona.com into your browser, or add that address to your browser's bookmark or favorites list. Always access mobile banking the same way, or by launching your National Bank of Arizona mobile banking app.

  • Android and BlackBerry users will see this change at next login after Feb 15th.
  • iPhone App users will be required to update the application in the App Store.
