Margaret J. Paddock is Executive Vice President and Director of The Private Bank at National Bank of Arizona. With over 25 years of experience in wealth management, Margaret leads a team of professionals dedicated to helping business owners, doctors, executives, and retirees define their financial goals and develop personalized wealth strategies. Her team delivers tailored solutions that integrate investment management, trust and estate services, and private banking to meet each client’s unique needs.
Prior to joining National Bank of Arizona, Margaret held senior leadership roles at US Bank Wealth Management and Wells Fargo, The Private Bank. She has led wealth management teams of over 150 professionals, overseeing $20 billion in assets under management, $2 billion in loans, and $2 billion in deposits.
When she’s not helping her clients, Margaret has a long-standing commitment to the arts and education. She has served on the boards of the San Diego Symphony Orchestra (2016–2019), the Minneapolis Science Museum (2013–2016), and the Milwaukee Art Museum (2010–2013).
