  • NB|AZ IOLTA accounts include: unlimited transactions, no monthly service charge, digital images of your checks and 100% of the interest transferred to the Foundation.
  • Tracy Ward, formerly a Practice Management Advisor with the State Bar of Arizona, has joined the NB|AZ Business Banking team.  She is available to answer questions about the IOLTA account.  This includes:  opening, closing, proper recordkeeping and what software is available to assist you.  She also has referral resources to help you run your practice smoothly.  Tracy can be reached at 602.212.8890 or Tracy.Ward@nbarizona.com.

  • Continuing Legal Education – yes that is right.  NB|AZ will be hosting CLE.  Topics will include: Domestic Violence and Protective Orders - Where Law Meets Practice, Collaborative Law: Incorporating the Best Options for your Clients, VA Disability Law - An Introduction, 5 Fun Facts about Fee Agreements, Ethical Conduct and the Practice of Law, Taking on a Collaborative Family, Law Case Under the New Court Rule 67.1, Estate Planning Essentials for Divorce Lawyers

  • In 2016, National Bank of Arizona was one of the Arizona financial institutions that participated in the Arizona IOLTA (Interest On Lawyer Trust Accounts) banking program which remitted $505,709 in interest. The program assisted the Arizona Bar Foundation in supporting help to over 10,035 households with the legal issues that they so desperately needed. As many banking customers may have experienced here in Arizona, housing issues were the most sought after legal assistance with consumer and financial issues in second.
