  • The agreement between the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education and financial institutions allows the financial institution to keep 10% of the interest earned as their fee.  NB|AZ has made the decision to support the Foundation and contributes 100% of the interest earned.
  • NB|AZ IOLTA accounts include: unlimited transactions, no monthly service charge, digital images of your checks and 100% of the interest transferred to the Foundation.

  • In 2016, National Bank of Arizona was one of the Arizona financial institutions that participated in the Arizona IOLTA (Interest On Lawyer Trust Accounts) banking program which remitted $505,709 in interest. The program assisted the Arizona Bar Foundation in supporting help to over 10,035 households with the legal issues that they so desperately needed.
