NB|AZ® Mobile Banking Support & FAQ
Using NB|AZ® Mobile Banking is now easier than ever with mobile web browser and mobile apps access to bank anytime, anywhere. With NB|AZ® Mobile Banking, you can:
- Check account balances
- Pay bills to existing payees
- Review recent transactions
- Transfer funds between eligible* deposit accounts
*Deposit accounts must be in good standing and account must be open for a minimum of 30 days
Mobile Web Browsing
Use your mobile phone browser to use NB|AZ® Mobile Banking or NB|AZ® Business Mobile Banking from virtually any web-enabled mobile device. Simply type m.nbarizona.com into your mobile web browser to access NB|AZ® Mobile Banking. To access NB|AZ® Business Mobile Banking, type into your mobile web browser m.nbarizona.com/business.
Our personal and business NB|AZ® Mobile Banking apps for iPhone® and Android™ give you access to your account and provide an enhanced experience by leveraging your phone's built-in functions.

Enrollment is easy and takes 3 simple steps!
To begin, view our Mobile Toolkits at the top right of this page for links to download the right app for your iPhone® or Android™ device. Or, you can visit m.nbarizona.com or m.nbarizona.com/business from your mobile web browser.
Once the app is launched on your phone or our mobile banking site is open in your mobile web browser, enter when prompted:
- Your NB|AZ® Online Banking Login ID or Business Online Banking CompanyID-Login ID
- Your NB|AZ® Online Banking or Business Online Banking password
The first time you sign in, you will be required to accept our NB|AZ® Mobile Banking Service Agreement. You may also be prompted to answer one of your challenge questions and enter in your mobile phone number.
That’s it – your enrollment is complete! If you wish to enroll additional mobile devices in NB|AZ® Mobile Banking or NB|AZ® Business Mobile Banking, simply repeat these enrollment steps for each device.
