Fresh Start Checking
Provides a fresh start for individuals whose accounts have been closed and reported to ChexSystems. Many people experience financial difficulties in their lives that result in the closing of an existing checking account. If you've found yourself in that situation, but are now in a better position and would like to reestablish your banking relationship, then a Fresh Start Checking account may be what you need. To qualify, you must enroll in series of 90 minute financial education classes and present the bank with proof of class completion.
