- Anchored and Un-anchored Retail Centers
- Multi-tenant and/or Owner Occupied Office Buildings
- Multi-tenant and/or Owner Occupied Industrial Buildings
- Hotels with National Chain Affiliations on a select basis
- Special purpose projects with demonstrated strong feasibility will be considered
Mini-perm loans are offered to facilitate project financial stabilization or to customers requiring short term loan maturities.
