Saving money for a college education, to purchase your own home, or start
a business is often difficult. This account is designed to assist low-income
families in accumulating the necessary funds. Participating agencies match
the funds deposited by the account holder at the end of the participation
period. To qualify, you must be approved by a participating agency and provide
the bank with an eligibility letter from a participating not-for-profit agency.
